La Clorella è un’alga originaria dell’Africa equatoriale che appartiene alla famiglia delle Clorofite e cresce nelle acque salmastre. Il nome proviene dal greco “chloros” che significa verde, colore caratteristico dell’alga. È una fonte importante di proteine, vitamine e Sali minerali.
